This guide walks you through everything you need to access Doctavian — from getting a subscription to logging in and out of the platform.
Doctavian is a B2B platform — subscriptions require a company Microsoft or Google account. Personal accounts are not supported.
The fastest way to get started is a free trial — no commitment required.
Or choose how you want to get started:
Doctavian uses your existing company Microsoft or Google account — there is no separate username or password to manage.
Doctavian does not manage multi-factor authentication directly. MFA is handled by your Microsoft or Google identity provider. If MFA is enabled on your company account, you will be prompted during the login step as part of the standard Microsoft or Google sign-in flow.
If you are unable to complete MFA, contact your IT administrator — MFA settings are managed outside of Doctavian. See FAQ — Does Doctavian support multi-factor authentication?
Sending your first document for signature is the fastest way to experience Doctavian. Upload a document, add a recipient, and have it signed in minutes — no setup required beyond logging in.
Logging out of Doctavian does not sign you out of your Microsoft or Google company account.
